In the same casually classic California cottage style as the main residence, this 2-bedroom guest home is nestled in a landscaped meadow beside a running creek. While just a short walk to the main residence and the beach, it’s the perfect spot for guests to kick back and relax with tons of privacy and outdoor area to enjoy. The surrounding gardens provide plenty of places to explore and discover. The studio sits atop the oversized 4-car garage just downstream from the guest house.
We have found NMA to be very professional, extremely detailed oriented, very organized, and very responsive to our requests for information or decisions.
