NMAA is an architectural studio rooted in the sleepy seaside town of Carpinteria California, just a few short miles south of Santa Barbara.  Partners Andy Neumann, Dave Mendro and Mary Andrulaitis have been working together for over twenty-five years and have attracted a diverse team of talented people who love what they do.  They are a passionate, down-to-earth group who continually push themselves as well as their clients while remaining collaborative and accommodating along the way.  Their work spans from small-scale remodels to multi-million dollar projects, but regardless of size, they apply their trusted approach to each job.
